Film: The Subconscious Art of Graffiti Removal

I might not have known this was a parody until they described the colors the buffmen use.  Red.

Well, I like the idea of creative expression, and the idea of collecting commodities.  And subconscious art.  And the other guy they showed that wasn't Rothko.

Several people recommended this to me.  They don't know each other.

So watching this felt like a meeting with them.  That was interesant.

Well, the film itself.  I'd like to see the Texas version.  We have bigger and dumber highways.

Was the interview with that public official, was that real?  Seemed like it might have been.

But, what is real?

Film: Drop Dead Fred

The best part is when all the invisible friends meet up in the psychiatrist's office and start pretending to puke.  No one can see what their invisible friend is seeing, they can only see their own ghost.  The sinking of the boat... kinda lame.  The surreal journey into the subconscious.. perfect.  The actress does an amazing job of looking like a ghost is moving her body around.

It was fun.  My only quip is that the mom should have been played by two different actors, rather than re-makeuped.  She could have seemed even worse this way.
